Let the Benefits Begin!
US
The Affordable Care Act requires employers to report health insurance coverage provided to their employees on form 1095-C. There is no longer a requirement for employers to send paper copies of the federal form 1095-C to employees and now are only required to have available electronically. You do not need to submit your form 1095-C with your tax return; however, it is important to save it as supporting documentation.
Current employees, this document will be available to you electronically through Workday no later than March 2, 2026.
Note – California employees: paper copies were mailed to your home address listed in Workday in January to meet the state distribution deadline of January 31, 2026. Electronic copies will be available in Workday to meet the federal deadline no later than March 2, 2026.
