Lyra Health

Emotional health is just as important as physical health, but it is often overlooked. At Aristocrat, we create a safe space for our employees to take time to focus on their mental well-being. Through our partnership with Lyra Health, you can access resources for counseling, stress management, relationship challenges, and work/life balance. Tools like coaching, interactive health courses, and self-care resources are just one click away.

April is Stress Awareness Month!

April is also recognized as National Stress Awareness Month to bring the attention to the negative impact of stress. Managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. Knowing how to manage your stress and what causes that stress is essential as well knowing that you are not alone and you have support close by.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Sometimes the stress in our lives is not something we have the power to change. Only the way we react to them.
  • Put yourself first, in order to handle what comes your way.
  • It’s okay, to talk about what is going on. Make sure you get it out of your system to move forward.

Have a positive mindset and know it’s not going to last forever.
