Managing Anxiety: Tools & Support*

Anxiety can be pretty uncomfortable. From worry thoughts to sweaty palms —the way it shows up can cause us to overlook an important fact about it. It’s there to signal to us that we care about the future and want it to go well. When anxiety is at manageable levels, it can help us stay safe or boost our chances of success—the key is to learn how to cope with it. In this educational workshop, you’ll learn tools to help you manage anxiety and learn when it can help to reach out for professional mental health support.

Their Care Coordinators assist with building personalized emergency plans and organizing everything from medical records to “go kits.”

October is Menopause Awareness Month

Aetna Resources:

  • Women’s Health Digital Support Center – The Women’s Health Support Center is a collection of educational information and resources to guide members on health topics over different life stages and events. The support center is accessible via health.aetna.com (under Member Resources)
    • Educational information and resources include:
      • Reproductive Health
      • Menstrual Health & Menopause
      • Heart Health
      • Health Conditions
  • Midi Health – On July 1, 2025 Midi Health, a virtual-only menopause and midlife care provider, was expanded to become part of Aetna’s national in-network providers. Midi Health has a national network of licensed clinicians specializing in women’s midlife hormonal changes. They provide expert virtual care for perimenopause and menopause. Clinicians are licensed nurse practitioners, doctors, nurse midwives and naturopathic doctors who specialize in midlife health. 
    • Details:
      • Treatment may include hormone replace therapy, non-hormonal medications, and lifestyle strategies
      • Online visits are available seven days a week (daytime and evening hours)
      • Midi Health bills as a specialist visit. Please refer to your medical plan document for how specialist visits are processed for payments.

Delta Dental Resources: 

Just like the rest of your body goes through changes during menopause, your teeth can experience some shifts too. A shocking 84% of women 50+ don’t know how menopause affects their oral health. It’s time we started talking about it, and Delta Dental is leading the conversation. Update: HSA Bank New Benefits Card – – Delayed until 2026

 Last month we reported that new cards from HSA Bank would be mailed to your home address in mid-October. HSA Bank is delaying the new cards until sometime in 2026. Your current debit cards for FSA/HSA accounts will continue to work. Any cards set to expire will receive a new updated replacement (VISA). If you have any questions – call HSA Bank at (800) 357-6246.

Did You Know

If you are enrolled in an HSA Bank Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Healthcare, Limited Purpose, & Dependent Care, you will need to start thinking about using any unused funds for eligible expenses before the end of the benefits plan year.
