Welcome, Newbies (New Hires)!

If you’re a new hire, welcome! We’ve put together the following steps to act as a starting point for your Aristocrat journey.

Workday

On your start date, you will receive multiple Workday notifications with tasks you need to complete before you start work.

This includes a link to your New Hire Benefits Enrollment event, in which you will have 30 days from your hire date to make your benefit elections.

New Hire Benefits Information

On your first day at Aristocrat, you will receive an email from the Benefits Department outlining the options available to you and the next steps to take. Aristocrat offers customizable benefit plans to best serve you and your family’s needs.

Because there are so many options, we have created a recorded Benefits Presentation and Benefit Enrollment Guide to help you make an educated choice.

For additional assistance, use ALEX, your online benefits counselor, to access easy-to-understand explanations for any questions you might have as you decide what’s best for you and your family.

After You Enroll

Once you have made your benefit elections, you will receive cards from Aetna, Delta Dental, and Express Scripts in 15 – 20 days. VSP does not provide cards. Simply let your doctor know you are with VSP and they can confirm coverage with your SSN.

Employees will also receive a card from HSA Bank if an FSA, Commuter, or HSA was elected.

Once you receive your first paycheck, your information will be sent to Charles Schwab, so you can participate in the 401(k) plan. You will be auto enrolled at a 4% contribution unless you opt out or change that percentage. See our 401(k) Retirement Plan section for more details on this plan.
