Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or update your benefits. Review your benefits carefully, so you’ll have the information you need to make open enrollment a success.

This year is a passive open enrollment. Current elections will roll over except for FSAs and HSA, you’ll need to make an active election to renew these coverages for 2026.

Level Up: What’s New in 2026?

As you review your options, you’ll notice an increase in the rates you pay for medical coverage. Please be assured that our team works hard to keep your premiums affordable without a loss of high-quality benefits. These increases are due to several factors, including an increase in large claims, high utilization of the medical plan, and medical cost inflation, which reflects the increase in price of services.

You can make a difference in keeping premiums affordable by making informed decisions. Complete annual exams and preventive screenings, discuss generic prescription alternatives with your physician, use urgent care centers instead of emergency rooms when it is not a life threatening or urgent issue, and review your claims to make sure you are being charged correctly (Touchcare can assist you in this matter).

There are no increases to Dental and Vision rates for 2026.

Medical Plan Updates:

All medical plan carriers will remain the same in 2026. However, there are a few important updates to note:

Plan Name Changes

  • The HMO plan will now be called the EPO plan.

  • The PPO Base and PPO Buy-Up plans will remain, but some benefit changes apply.

EPO Plan (formerly HMO)

  • A PCP designation is no longer required but encouraged
  • Can participate in the Virtual Primary Care Service
  • Added a $500 individual / $1,000 family deductible.
  • Added 20% coinsurance for inpatient hospital and outpatient surgery.
  • Emergency Room copay increased to $300.

PPO Plan

  • PPO Base: Emergency Room copay increased to $350.
  • PPO Buy-Up: Emergency Room copay increased to $250.

New! Spouse/Domestic Partner Surcharge

Beginning in 2026, a $100/month spousal surcharge will apply to employees who choose to cover a spouse or domestic partner who has access to other medical coverage. This surcharge applies to medical coverage only and helps balance shared healthcare costs across the plan population.

If your spouse or domestic partner is enrolled in medical coverage an additional surcharge will be applied to the premium, be sure to read over the information regarding the Spouse/Domestic Partner Surcharge Agreement (located under Benefit Enrollment Materials) and follow instructions if changes apply.

ATI’s Contribution to Your HSA

To receive/continue receiving the Aristocrat HSA contribution in 2026, you will need to actively re-enroll in your HSA. Once enrolled, employees will receive $1,000 for individual coverage and $2,000 for family coverage in 2026. As a reminder, the HSA Employer contributions are funded on a bi-weekly basis.

Spending Account Updates

Contribution limits have increased for 2026:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA):

    • Self Only Coverage: Increased to $4,400.00

    • Family Coverage: Increased to $8,750.00
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA):

    • Increased to $3,400

  • Dependent Care Flexible Account (DCFA):

    • Increased to $7,500.

Step 1 – Visit ALEX, your online benefits counselor!

  • Click on https://start.myalex.com/aristocrat to start your session with ALEX.
  • Learn about all benefit plans available to you.
  • Get side by side comparison of medical plans to find the best plan option for you and your family.
  • Get personalized cost estimates to determine which plan could save you the most money.

Step 2 – Visit the Virtual Benefits Fair

  • Log in to www.virtualevents.aristocrat.com (password: OpenEnrollment)
  • Find information and resources on your benefits options and what’s new for 2026
  • Get answers to your benefit questions
  • Have a chance to win prizes!

Step 3 – Review the following documents

Step 4 – Complete the Open Enrollment event in Workday

  • Click the link in your Workday inbox or email to make your 2026 benefit elections.
  • You MUST make a new election for HSA and FSA if you wish to participate for 2026
  • All other plans will roll over if no change is made
  • Print your Benefit Confirmation Statement
