You’re going to get a new Benefits Card from HSA Bank with the convenience of tap-to-pay technology, plus more secure transactions with features like Mastercard ID Theft Protection TM to help protect your personal information. So your transactions are simpler and safer, too!
Cards are scheduled to be mailed via USPS in October.
You won’t be able to use your old or new card to pay for purchases during a 1- to 3-day transitional period after your new Benefits Card is delivered. You’ll get more detailed timing of this period when your card arrives. You can still make eligible purchases with a personal card, reimburse yourself and pay providers directly from your account during this time.
