Lyra Health
For the Whole Person
Emotional health is just as important as physical health, but it is often overlooked. At Aristocrat, we create a safe space for our employees to take time to focus on their mental well-being. Through our partnership with Lyra Health, you can access resources for counseling, stress management, relationship challenges, and work/life balance. Tools like coaching, interactive health courses, and self-care resources are just one click away.
As summer winds down and many of us transition to a new school year or adjust to changing daily routines, it’s a natural time to check in on ourselves and our loved ones.
Healthy relationships—whether with a partner, family member, or co-worker—are the foundation of our well-being. When we feel in sync with the people around us, everything else feels a little lighter. But when communication feels difficult or we feel misunderstood, it can drain our energy.
Through our partnership with Lyra, you and your family have access to mental health support that helps you navigate relationships with more ease. Whether you’re looking to feel more connected to a spouse, find a better rhythm with a teammate, or simply show up more fully for a friend, Lyra can help.
Best of all, your benefit covers your eligible dependents, too! Each eligible family member gets their own dedicated sessions—no sharing required! Activate your account or add a dependent today at: aristocrat.lyrahealth.com/relationships
Self-care is fundamental to maintaining our well-being. It allows us to relieve the stress of everyday life and preserve our physical and emotional well-being. Research shows that self-care can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, while enhancing confidence, positive emotions, work performance and relationships. Unfortunately, we’re often less likely to prioritize healthy activities and behaviors in times of stress when we need self-care the most. This interactive workshop will provide clinically-informed guidance to help you craft a realistic and personalized self-care plan that meets your needs and aligns with your values.
